Ranbir Kapoor is launching his own sneaker brand, ARKS, with the first sneaker revealed as the ‘perfect white sneaker.’ A movie-like trailer shows Ranbir sharing his love for Mumbai and sneakers. The actor is turning his second passion into a profession as well! The superstar is entering the business world with his own sneaker brand, ARKS. It was sometime last year when Ranbir teased us about his entrepreneurial venture, leaving fans and fashion enthusiasts eager to know what he has in store for them. And now, RK has finally unveiled the first sneaker from ARKS and it is the ‘perfect white sneaker’.

The official Instagram handle of ARKS dropped in a movie-like trailer to share the first glimpse of the collection ahead of the grand launch. The video shows Ranbir getting candid about his love for Mumbai and then his love for sneakers. He goes on to recall how special he felt upon laying hands on his first-ever pair of sneakers. We then see Ranbir inviting over his ‘oldest best friend’ Rohit to unbox the first sneaker from ARKS. Throughly impressed with the design, material, and the overall look, Rohit calls it the perfect one. Ranbir also shares that the brand has been 10 years in the making. “ARKS is a reflection of my journey and my personal style. When you look at the collection, its me in every detail,” Ranbir promises.

Alia Bhatt reacts to ARKS’ new post

Reacting to the same, Alia Bhatt shared the promotional video on her Instagram stories and cheered for her hubby. She also called it ‘our dream’. Bhatt wrote, “Our dream..10 years in the making..A home-grown brand-elevated essentials brand comes to life! @arks launching on the 14th February. Break a leg baby.” The promotional video shows Ranbir cycling around the Mumbai city. The actor says, “I have travelled to many cities across the world but nothing quite has the same energy for me as Mumbai. The kind that inspires you to try, fail and get back up again. You can’t help but keep going. Mumbai is a part of my being, my soul. It’s home. So many of my memories are tied to this place and it shaped who I am. And it is where I am easiest.”

He crosses montages of the lanes of Mumbai, Marine Drive and the sea link among many other things. Then, a mural of Rishi Kapoor was seen painted at Bandstand. On September 28, 2024, Ranbir introduced his fashion and lifestyle brand on social media, ARKS. Ranbir had first mentioned that he will soon launch his lifestyle brand on Nikhil Kamath’s podcast and fans are finally getting a glimpse of Ranbir’s vision for his brand.

The official Instagram page for the brand shared its first post today with the caption, “Meet the founder. He’s not on social media.” The video featured Ranbir lying in a meadow, tracing constellations to make his brand’s logo.
